In September’s Video package I have created 5 new Pilates videos each dedicated to a different area in your body…
Video 1 – Arms + Shoulders
Video 2 – Abdominals
Video 3 – Legs + Bum
Video 4 – back
Video 5 – Waist + Obliques
Each month there will be a brand new set of 5 videos for you to buy, eventually allowing you to build up a collection of 30 minute Pilates videos for you to enjoy at your own leisure.
Do a different video everyday or repeat one all week and then move on to the next video until you have done all 5. The videos can help you gain a confidence in your movements.
Upon purchase you will receive an email with access to the videos, this can take up to 24 hours. Make sure to check your junk email as it can sometimes end up there .
You will have access to your videos for up to 6 months so even if you buy the package at the end of the month they wont disappear .
