Gaby will be teaching a mixed ability class with exercises to challenge each person whatever level . She takes you through a variety of original pilates moves mixed with some fun creative additions. She will focus on your core stability, increasing your mobility and flexability, focusing your mind , breathing well and relaxing the body.

Please bring your own Mat .
