Another easy breakfast is a smoothie. My kids often make this in the morning before school. You just chuck it all in to a blender and its ready to go . There are two I make the Green one and the Pink one.
The Green one
Method
Put all your ingredients in your blender and blend. I sometimes add a few ice cubes at the end .
Ingredients
- Banana
- Handful of oats
- Oat milk
- 2 frozen spinach lumps
- Handful of almonds
- Cacao nibs
- Tablespoon of peanut butter
- Sometimes add Maca powder
- Sometimes add frozen blueberries
- Sometimes add dates

The Pink one
Method

- Frozen rasberries
- Handful of oats
- Oat milk
- Sunflower seeds
- Juice of half an orange
- Chopped up apple or pear
- Sometimes add frozen blueberries
